Creyos is proud to share that it has been awarded the DiMe Seal from the Digital Medicine Society (DiMe), recognizing its commitment to digital health software built for quality and trust. Creyos is a digital cognitive and behavioral health assessment platform that supports clinicians in identifying, evaluating, and monitoring conditions such as mild cognitive impairment, dementia, ADHD, depression, and anxiety, in clinic or remotely.

About the DiMe Seal

DiMe is a global nonprofit and the professional home for digital medicine. Through the DiMe Seal, it recognizes digital health software that demonstrates performance against a comprehensive framework of standards and best practices in evidence, privacy and security, and usability.

DiMe created the Seal after identifying more than 100 standards and quality programs that apply to digital health software. It then convened hundreds of experts, including clinicians, developers, regulators, payers, and patient advocates, to build one framework. The evaluation criteria are publicly available. The Seal is valid for 12 months and is renewed each year against the current framework. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) recognizes the DiMe Seal as one of two vetting pathways for applications entering its Medicare App Library. Creyos holds the Seal for October 2026 to October 2027 and will renew annually.

What DiMe reviewed

Creyos submitted documentation showing how the platform meets each criterion in the framework. The documentation spoke to:

  • Data governance: how patient data is collected, stored, and managed, including consent, access control, encryption, data retention, and de-identification practices that follow HIPAA standards.
  • Security: safeguards for the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the platform, including continuous monitoring for security threats and a secure software development lifecycle.
  • User experience: how efficiently clinicians and patients complete tasks on the platform, and how it is tested with and supported for each type of user.
  • Accessibility: how people with disabilities can use the platform, including with screen readers and other assistive devices.
  • Workflow integration: how the platform fits into clinical and administrative workflows, including interoperability through FHIR.
  • Evidence: how data and findings about the platform are gathered through studies supporting validity, reliability, and patient outcomes.

By bringing these best practices together in one framework, the DiMe Seal gives clinicians who use Creyos today, and organizations considering it, a shared and public reference for the privacy, security, and usability questions that come with any new digital tool.
