The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a comprehensive European Union (EU) data privacy law, in effect since May 2018, that sets out how companies must protect your personal information. Creyos has always been very careful with data privacy and security, and we have taken steps to be even more transparent.

How does Creyos protect your data under GDPR?
- Plain-language data and privacy summary. You shouldn’t have to read legal-speak to understand what we’re doing with your data. Our GDPR FAQ includes a simple summary of how we protect your data.
- Improved account control. If you are a BrainLabs user, please visit your account page to review your data preferences and information we have about you. Here, you can correct or delete your personal information, or download personal data and test scores.
- Better protection for younger users. You will be required to confirm that you are 16 years old or older, or have obtained parental consent, before continuing to use BrainLabs. Just complete the checkbox, then hit save to continue.
