Creyos Health is continually evolving to meet the growing needs of our customers, with the most recent example being the launch of the new Creyos Health report, featuring Validity and Meaningful Change Indicators. As we’ve developed and released new features, we have also been working hand-in-hand with practitioners like yourself to redesign the Creyos Health admin account from the ground up with an entirely new look and feel.
With your busy practice in mind, the all-new Creyos Health admin account includes a host of new improvements that will make adding new patients, administering assessments, and reviewing reports much easier and faster. The all-new Creyos Health admin account is also built using cutting-edge technologies that will allow us to deliver the features you want faster. Based on feedback gathered from practitioners to date, there are even more updates coming to you in 2019, including the ability to administer custom assessments on the fly, set automated assessment schedules and reminders, view aggregate data and trends for your different patient groups, and much more.
While you will not be forced to switch over to the all-new Creyos Health, we strongly encourage you to do so to take advantage of the many new usability improvements and upcoming features in the near future. The all-new Creyos Health admin account features an updated overall design and navigation structure to make it easier to find what you're looking for:
2 - Existing features are easier to use
Whether you're creating patients, administering assessments, or searching for patient reports, you'll notice that actions you're familiar with today are much easier in the new admin account.
Creating Patients
Creating patients is now simpler than ever, with updated form fields to make entering in information quick and painless:
When a patient is created, you can then quickly administer an assessment, or review and edit the patient’s information in case a value was entered incorrectly:
Administering Assessments
In the all-new Creyos Health admin account, you no longer have to search for a specific patient in order to administer an assessment. Simply click "Start Assessment" from any screen—be it on the home page via the quick action button, the patient details page, or the assessment page (detailed further below):
Then, easily fill in the appropriate fields to begin the assessment:
Search
In the past, you may have noticed that finding a specific patient required you to type the full patient ID in the search field. In the all-new Creyos Health admin account, you can start typing any part of a patient ID or email address, and the list will automatically filter as you type to quickly show you the result you're looking for:
3 - New features, with many more coming soon
Aside from improvements to existing features, you'll find several new features have been added, with many more coming soon. For example, you now have access to a new section that lets you review all of the assessments that have been added to your account, with quick action buttons to let you request additional assessments as you need:

When can I make the switch to the new Creyos Health admin account?
The all-new Creyos Health admin account will begin rolling out to existing customers during the week of December 10th.
How can I make the switch to the new Creyos Health admin account?
Once the all-new Creyos Health is available, you will receive an email from a Creyos team member asking you to complete the following steps:
- Log in to your existing account. You will notice a new message appear at the top of your home page with a link to move to the all-new Creyos Health.
- Simply click on the link to make the switch. From that point on, you will be automatically redirected to the all new-Creyos Health every time you log into your account.
Will I be forced to switch?
You will not be forced to switch at this time. However, we strongly encourage you to do so in order to take advantage of the many new improvements and features that are available.
