How we protect your data and work with GDPR

GDPR is a comprehensive EU data privacy law designed to help companies to protect your private information, coming into effect in May of 2018. Creyos (formerly Cambridge Brain Sciences) has always been very careful with data privacy and security, and we have taken steps to be even more transparent. Here’s a quick rundown:

  • New data and privacy summary. You shouldn’t have to read legal-speak to understand what we’re doing with your data. Our new GDPR FAQ includes a simple summary of our how we protect your data.
  • Improved account control. If you are a BrainLabs user, please visit your account page to review your data preferences and information we have about you. Here, you can correct or delete your personal information, or download personal data and test scores.
  • Better protection for younger users. You will be required to confirm that you are 16 years old or older, or have obtained parental consent, before continuing to use BrainLabs. Just complete the checkbox, then hit save to continue.

Our data protection extends to all of our products, including BrainLabs, Creyos Health, and Creyos Research. As always, if you have any questions or concerns about your personal data, our inbox is always open. Send us a message at any time.
